Need help with AleaMeep? Here's where to find answers and how to reach us.
Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is email. Replies typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Common questions
Open the AleaMeep mobile app → Account → scroll to the Danger zone → Delete account. Your profile and personal data are removed; some public actions (events you hosted) may be anonymized but retained where needed for other users' data context.
Cancel through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period. AleaMeep doesn't directly issue refunds — those are handled by Apple or Google.
We don't shadow-ban. If any action has been taken on your account, you'll see it explicitly — including a clear reason and an appeals path. Open Account → Safety to see your account status.
After purchase, give it a couple minutes for the entitlement to propagate. If it still hasn't activated, force-quit the app and reopen. If that doesn't resolve it, email support with your subscriber ID from the App Store / Play Store.
Open the store's public page in AleaMeep, tap 'Claim this store,' submit proof of ownership (business license, utility bill, etc.). A moderator reviews and, if approved, transfers ownership to your account.
You'll get a notification with the moderator's reason. You can submit a new document anytime from the store manage screen.
Safety reports
If someone is behaving badly on AleaMeep, use the in-app report tool on their profile, event, message, or image. Reports go to a dedicated moderation queue and are typically reviewed within a couple of business days.
Emergencies and immediate danger
AleaMeep is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, facing a threat of physical harm, or witnessing a child safety incident or other crime, contact local emergency services or law enforcementright away. In the US, that's 911. In a mental-health crisis in the US, you can also call or text 988.
Please don't use the AleaMeep support email for urgent safety matters — we aren't equipped to respond in real time, and reaching emergency services directly is faster and safer.
